A Moth Turned Butterfly

A moth of bliss turned butterfly
A wisp that kissed a memories sigh
She turned the world from old to new.
By hew and color of her view.
But
She seemed a flighty moth to me
Until I saw her poetry
And then she turned the brightest star
That I have seen the sky so far
And
It turned the darkness that I store
And opened up my dreamers door
The moth that turned a butterfly
Had swept me up into the sky.
Then
I felt a soaring in my goal
And saw a light. Light up my soul.
She sent a wind within a sigh
To lift me high so I could fly.
While
Her gentle hands reset my keel
To set a seal and make it heal.

Once again you ring my bells ... ching my chimes
you wrap my heart ... in thy randy rhymes
I hang on your every word ... I have from the start
your gifted poets pen ... your cupid's dart
Your verse of wisdom ... a golden light to guide our way
lessons of wrong and right ... we learn from you each day
Never doubt dear Sy ... we are better for your touch
the things you teach and share ... they mean so much

The wind beneath my wings ...  my sweet sigh on high
You make a tired moth believe ... she can indeed be a butterfly

Sy--How did I miss this twinkle in your eye...a poem to the moth become a butterfly, for with the blooming of your words, I think she sees that her wings are not seen but heard.  Thank you for this, Sy...and Janet Marie, I loved your reply.
