The walking shadow fell through the window
above the cinder blocks that make you tingle
The shadow came across to your heartbeat
as your breath became shallow to ignite your needs
Leave the world for a moment
so you can feel how it becomes your larauls
You never really understand your touch
but the fault is within the way you follow
The walking shadow fell through your fingers
as you waited for you long term answer
It came into your haunted soul
that left you longing for that one love.

We're all feeding our lonely ... like it might go away,
Like the doors of heaven will swing wide ... if we just find the right words to say.

indeed, this is like that shadow. . . covering the dreams of the heart. . .

superbly done. . .
