IF I SHOULD DIE TOMORROW
WOULD YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I CARED
WOULD YOU KNOW THE LOVE I HAD FOR YOU
WAS EVER CONSTANT, ALWAYS THERE

IF TODAY WAS MY LAST DAY WITH YOU
WOULD YOU BE RIGHT HERE WITH ME
WOULD YOU HOLD ME WITHOUT LETTING GO
BE THE LAST FACE THAT I SEE

SEE, TODAY IS ALL WE HAVE TO GIVE
TOMORROW'S JUST A DREAM
THE PAST IS LIKE A REAR VIEW MIRROR
IT'S ALL BEHIND YOU, CAN'T YOU SEE

SO HOLD ON TO THIS MOMENT
CUZ' TOMORROW, IT MAY BE GONE
TELL THE ONES YOU LOVE, YOU LOVE THEM
TELL THEM NOW, DON'T WAIT TOO LONG

AND FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, I LOVE YOU
PLEASE BELIEVE IT, KNOW IT'S TRUE
AND IF THIS SHOULD BE MY LAST DAY HERE
I'M SO GLAD IT WAS WITH YOU

IF I SHOULD DIE TOMORROW
YOU WOULD KNOW HOW MUCH I CARED
YOU WOULD KNOW THE LOVE I HAD FOR YOU
WAS EVER CONSTANT, ALWAYS THERE....

This is a lovely sincere cadence kissed poem Bonnie...
full of truths and wisdom ...with a perfect ending
the repetative verse gave it the harmonies of a song...
Welcome to Poetry Land ...
its so nice to meet you.
take care

What a great entrance, with a nicely flowing love song. You are right, it is very important to tell someone you love them ...and not hold onto those words a minute too long!

Very good. And so true. You should tell the ones you love, that you love them, everyday.

welocme to Passions.  I look forward to further work from you.

May I suggest you not type in all caps.  That is the internet equivalent of shouting, yet what your wrote should be shouted from the rooftops

This was wonderful. It reads like a song.
