My brother, was my very best friend.
Only he, could understand.
Why did he have to go?
It was him, I needed so.
When will I wake up?
Maybe, I better not wake up.
They say, you are gone.
Now, with them I have withdrawn.
True, it is a fact.
I won't react.
They must believe me.
You'd never leave me.
I'm not playing.
I won't hear, what they're saying.
I sit here waiting.
I don't even go skating.
When we play a game
It's not even the same.
There is no sun
Or any fun.
Sometimes, I wish, I would wake up.
But, I just can't give up

SmartChick~ What a tender write...not everyone is lucky to have a brother that is their best-friend...I can imagine how hard that would be to lose. *warm hugs*

I don't have a brother.. but I do have a sister. I couldn't imagine losing her, she is my life line. I'm sorry for your pain.... and know that he didn't leave you, he will always be there holding your hand and living in your heart. *hugs*
