Fire and thunder
Tempest tossed
Struggle to regain
What is lost.

Ashes and embers
Screams of pain
Darkness descending
On innocence slain.

AngelGirl~
This is poignant - powerfully so ...
Each day brings us the reminders in the ashes ...
Thank you for continuing to remember them~

Thank you, Marge. It seems that everyone has been touched by this horrific even in some form or another. I am still in a state of shock.

I hope all those who slay innocents and innocence receive a just punishment from God.
Keep writing and believing that the good on earth will overcome all the bad.

Much said in just a few words.
   Wonderfully and powerfully penned.
