I know I can’t erase The painful things people do and say Please won’t you let me try Take your hurt away? I wish that I could rewrite This world’s rotten lies Let me kiss away the sorrow I see painted in your eyes….. Cruelty comes in many forms Meant to bring you to your knees But I have lots of hugs Won’t you take one please? When evil tries to reach you To make you think your heart is wrong You can always lean on me And together we’ll be strong I have so much in my heart On this you can depend Here are my open arms Would you like a friend? ~SEA~ |
