White Lies Ahead

Sincerity, I've often thought
in lies the white, that's often caught.
If satisfied in word of truth
no questions asked, need answers sought.
All spoken words endured, lies naught.

Trustworthiness, belief, depend
on confidence, in feelings lend
to place your hope in hands thereof
the certitude in words of friend;
a place in which two minds may blend.

White lies ahead in truth of word
relied upon, yet doubt is heard.
Accept we must that path of trust,
when lined ahead with content blurred.
I write preferred, this day absurd.

"We seek the truth and will endure the consequences"(Charles Seymour)

thank you Kit *s

PG..well I was thinking of What Lies Ahead and  also of all the  little white lies people tell...especially after reading some poems on here about relationships and experiencing some persons in real. So I decided on White Lies Ahead...knowing that truth is hard to come by. Also  my form? well I  needed 5 lines to complete my thoughts in the first verse so I just had to continue the form....no big deal..but thank you for your comments..you are appreciated.

It's difficult enough seeking truth in person, a monumental task on the internet. Enjoyed.

thank you for your response..I use to pride myself on being the most honest person on the internet..and now I am afraid to be that in total any more...but  honestly I do appreciate your stopping by and responding
