Rolex Memories In Bulova Time
~*Marge Tindal*~

Rolex memories tick in Bulova time
Crystal stemware holds cheap wine
All the dreams of yesterday's lies
Holds court in remembered disguise
Lap of luxury now holds no pleasure
As thoughts of the past I measure
Ticking of the tocking again to beat
Rolex moments not given into defeat
Wanting full-stemmed glass to hold
Dreams I thought lined purest gold

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

It's all relative, isn't it?... and in the large scheme of things, what does it really matter? All we can give is our best, and make the best of what we're given...Nicely said, m'friend..
