were hidden deep inside

A heart in sorrow often wears
a smile for others to see
And yet ...
when mine broke you came on in
and shared so tenderly

All I thought I had kept hidden
could be seen by a friend so true

I always thought Fla was the sunshine state because of the weather....but it is because of all of your poems coming out of there. great piece

ahhh Marge, I am so glad that you had a very special friend to lean on, as sometimes we lean on you, me included, and forget that perhaps you need someone too. Hugs sweet friend, may your heart heal in time. Beautiful "card", simply beautiful.
