Again We Breathe Quieten now my precious child! There'll be no more cries to alarm Just rest a while your weary soul Tonight you sleep devoid of harm We'll think only of the angels touch And softly wonder how they fly Cradled quietly in those loving arms There's no more tears from clouded eye Each life so fragile to be lost Just one small part of the whole But as you pass from this place on Hear the cry of our shattered souls Minds are numbed with pain and fear Yet each new dawn, again we breathe Nothing left but these useless tears All I can do is pray and grieve "Let me pierce the realm of glamour |

Your words strike me with such feelings of calm my sweet friend...I could imagine you there with a small child in your arms..rocking and smoothing their hair as you whisper softly into it...then your thoughts trail off so that you are speaking only silently to yourself....hmmmmm ya got me rambling Excellent work...from my fair feathered friend~ |
