The Vigil We Keep
~*Marge Tindal*~

Oh Lord, I'm so weary
Give me hope to continue
and the strength to lead me on
To recover my brothers and sisters
who I fear may be gone

They did not die forgotten
In angel whispers, give them a sign
As long as I have hope, Lord
I will continue trying

*May our thoughts and prayers be with them all*

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

They believed in what they were doing,
they believed it was worth the risk,
they never thought of themselves in hard times...
the are the example of "everyday extraordinary."
hearthugs to you Margie, prayers for all still waiting for word.

Well I looked to the sky for my anthem
The words and the music came through
But words and music can never touch
The beauty that I've seen in you

So many will be scarred for so long, in the dwindling hope of any living survivors we need to pray for the rescuers. Good thought here.

Dear Marge---One of my coworkers lost his cousin who was a fireman in NYC.  I'd like to copy this for him if you don't mind.

Marge I know this is a stressful time for all of us...the pain, the anger, the uncertainity...I know each of us could use a special angel to comfort us...remembering that old song by the group Real Life called "Send Me An Angel"....take care...James

While our hopes of finding more survivors dwindle, may our vigil begin to include reverence to each and every innocent lost - from civilian passengers to employees to rescue workers - each and every one a hero...

Thank you, Marge...

Thank you all so much for taking a moment to remember each of those who gave their lives, and those who still search hoping to find a life.
God ... be with us ... these are trying times~

We will never forget. We are changed. This is something different. And we will see that it grows into everlasting hope. Love and Hugs.
