Shimmering there in the wind's embrace
Soft petals of hair gracing her face
She calls to me on siren's tones
And softly bids me to be her own.
She is the muse for which I write
The one in my thoughts, day and night.
She holds fast my heart, controls its beating
Makes all of my unpleasant memories fleeting.
Call to me muse, on thy lilting voice
Make me your one and only choice.
Inspire me with your love so pure
And to your side forever me lure.
My poet's heart is thine to control
As through times passages we stroll
And in my heart you'll find your home
Safe and sound and never alone.

What a fortunate Muse you have to be thought of so beautifully. Well done!
