Perhaps … Someday … Perhaps … someday … I'll understand, The nature of my human clan. Perhaps … someday … I'll recognize, The reasons for our own demise. Perhaps … someday … I'll comprehend, The depths of hate we cannot mend. Perhaps … someday … I'll figure out, My teachings that are filled with doubt. Perhaps … someday … I'll reason well, The purpose of this living hell. Perhaps … someday … I'll come to know, Through lessons taught, and learn to grow. Perhaps … someday … I'll realize, Beyond just what I theorize. Perhaps … someday … I'll grasp the cause, And fathom all that ever was. Perhaps … someday … I'll see the light ...
