The grass is glowing emerald
the sky is baby blue
trees they sway there with the wind
while a mother rocks her new;
Children flying on the wing
yearn to learn to sing
find the prize they were searching on
the music to a mothers song;
rainbow:
From her rocking games
the angels seem the same
through her bright red eyes
she hearkens to their cries;
rainbow:
She shares her magic thoughts composed
& the feathered pupils lift  their toes,
they rise & fly where their gift may bring
admiration from their king;
rainbow:

I am a little shocked that this one is so far back with zero replies!!

Ok, some lines in this were very well written but the ones that really stood out for me were these ones.

"She shares her magic thoughts composed
& the feathered pupils lift  their toes,
they rise & fly where their gift may bring
admiration from their king;"

Just the images I got from that were really calm instead of fiery.

Thanks for the read.
