ism’s
a religion
of
mass destruction
carnage
madness
to harness
fear
and fling it
every which way
over the
mountain
across the
bay
“Nay,
from sea
to
shining
sea
above the
grains
waving gold
and
green
amid

alabaster
city,
such a
pity”
weep
a
river
