Yesterday I sat in awe
buildings crash
while people dash

scared watching what they did
I wonder where are they?
I know more could happen any day

They dared to ruin the World Trade Center
without a second thought
I hope whoever did this
will get caught

We will make them pay
they say that it was an act of war
those people are mean to the core

I didn't know people could be so mean
I wish this would not have happened
when will this end?

Jezzie, this is very powerful.  I hope you read Ron's post, and submit this to the Main Site.  It is very important for all of us to realize how our children see this, and you, my dear, are one of Passions' children.

It will end.  It may take a little while, but keep writing your thoughts.  You are living history, as we do every day, but some days?  They are just a little more important than other days.

So sorry you had to witness this. My daughter is 12. She has very valid questions too. Some I'm afraid I cannot answer. But I will try, as I'm sure your Mom has too....to show her how lucky we are to have each other through this.

Sometimes adults get confused and do things that other adults have no understanding of. I hope that you and your family remain safe and sound. Lots of thanks for your wonderful words.

it will end my dear, many people even adults doesn't understand the evil within. Behold your faith, show your love for each other because Love is so powerful, it can ease a lot of pain...it can't take all the evil or pain away immediately....but it ease and one day....Love will overwin my child.
