The future holds a memory
Record scratches, turn back time
Let the jukebox spin and spin
I only wish I had a dime

Someone pushed the buttons in
Jammed the jukebox in its place
Now it comes through satellite
Somewhere from an outer space

If change were good I’d have a dime
The pin would drop into my pain
The future has a different look
The record plays a last refrain

Put another nickel in... Play that song again.  There's comfort in that which is familiar... Well done, walt..

If change were good I’d have a dime
The pin would drop into my pain
The future has a different look
