 Cross That Line There's a time and place for professional, for friendship and for limits A time to stand back, move ahead, and even lose control, too One must know what to choose and when to act upon Yet, carry dignity still the whole time through... But, what if I've found myself lost to a certain mans way A man I cannot even call all mine What if I think of him with every breath I take Would you understand it if I cross that line?... I just want to touch the image I hold of him so dear And, let desire take it's hands along every part that he owns He doesn't know that I care beyond what any words could say Just something about him that makes this loving heart grow... I want to cross that line to the hour I find him face to face with me To where not a single thought, but of us, lies on my mind I want to feel what I've never felt that could only come from him So, understand if quickly I step to cross that line... Let that line that I cross give way to his hands in mine And, let it give way to all I just don't want to miss Allow the moment to find me looking into his beautiful eyes And, feel the sweetness in it all with his awesome kiss... I just want to cross that line of whatever the two of us are For I know only he could take me quite that far Cross that line with me and feel completeness without end So, cross that line and lie against me, my friend...
