Silver saved
from last nights moon
as it fell between splits
in clouds drifting,
is no treasure
without one to spend it on

No gold horded
from the shine of sun
as it rose to glory this morn
can ransom a heart to safety
if you pirate away the desire

No...

no one to invest time in you…

leaves even those rich in beauty

poor

Another Cpat Hair classic of potent imagery and thought.  I like the silver/moon gold/sun imagery as related to "wealth".  Very nice, Ron.
