I can feel it coming

I feel a change coming
It will be liberating
for me
to feel the fresh rain
without the fear of lighting
To run barefooted
and not be hurt
To open my eyes
and be able to see a brand new day
I feel a change coming
I can breath
better already
It won't be easy
but I'm prepared
to face my new life with
dignity
love
and most of all
peace of mind.

walker--I love the strength and edge to this. Also, the almost childlike anticipation of what sounds like a new adventure.
