We amble lone in lives of some success
where whispered doubting moments we're annoyed,
the strong alone reluctantly confess
our imperfection, in our heart's a void.

Psychobabel's modern pleonasm
defines devotion as co-dependant,
unfullfilled in Love, life's just a chasm
well call me lame I'll sing not Love's lament.

Pray let me seek communion through our eyes
and breathe in passion's breath, I don't fear it,
complete, united beings verify
power of two hearts are this world's spirits.

In mix and meld's diversity's our strength
where one may lack the other fortifies
and blessed are they who know such bliss at length,
for never more will this life gratify.

As poetry's blend is passion, order,
so Love is a higher order's passion
let nothing on this earth come before her
nor hoard it's beauty, it's gift's not rationed.

tried to write a letter
to tell you how I feel,
but all I kept on writing
was slipping on the tears from the day...

I do so enjoy your rhymes of divine
cadence kissed and pure poetry
absolutely beautiful Richard

Well I looked to the sky for my anthem
The words and the music came through
But words and music can never touch
The beauty that I've seen in you

Now that was a wonderful, well written piece Richard, and as usual your rhyme and cadence were of perfection.  Well done!

I think this is beautiful, but Im not sure since it was too far over my head to get a good look.   Anyway, it sounded pretty...I'll be thinking about this for a while.

The road goes on forever, and the stories never end...
