Kitties,
Always plotting
Counter top objectives.
The promised land beckons them,
Milk and forbidden foods lure them upward.
A quick sentry lookout for their
Absent keepers, who think
they can trust their
Kitties.
.
.

---and, for Apachecat -----
.
.

kitty comes quickly,
canopener pheremones
hide the pit bull scent.

and cats are actually people
and we are the animals.

"A quick sentry lookout for their absent keepers"

Yeah this reminds me of my 4 evil kitties. And then when their sentry look reveals their keeper to be staring directly at them, they just stare back all innocent and stuff.

Evil kitties, good poem

Yanno, Lady - If I didn't know better (and I don't), I would think you sense some KICKIN' coming on!  Hey?  Lol - Here's a hug before my primal anti-sabertooth-kitty urges set in.

Yanno, Paladin - never leaving kitty alone is permissible, if you just keep her in a real small cage with a lot of clanging bells around it *veg*

SEA - Target practice?  Yamean me?  *pointing my finger at my chest*  Perhaps I'm just mistaken.

Lisa - ROFL@never leave home without it - whatta line!

Charisma - Not having a kitty is like, is like, is like not having a toothache!  Good for you!  There's hope in the world after all.

Enchantress - There's another poem in these pages in which the form is explained.  Please don't quiz me, as I tend to fail these quizzes most spectacularly.

At last!!!!    I KNEW it wouldn't be long before your whomp 'em, stomp 'em, torturous, evil, kitty-hating homicidal tendencies came out!! Kiss those ladies goodbye, sailor. Girls love their fluffy feline friends (except I ain't too sure about SEA any more!)

Nice knowing ya, rail-rider!

I'll tell you where THIS kitty is,
she's right here watching you!
you've got it right that felines
can be sneaky! this is true!
you may not see me slinking 'round
but trust me, i am here!
if i were you, i'd watch my tongue!
i'll make myself real clear.....

how DARE you come in here again
and mention poisoned food!
hey, sailor, you've got lots of nerve!
you're also very rude!
you lace your arsenic of words
with threats to pussycats,
a CATalyst, your verse a lure
to CATaclysmic spats!

well, let me let the CAT out of
the bag, you buccanneer,
you've never heard a CATerwaul
like i can mew in here!
you say you have a pit bull hidden
ready for attack?
just try it, pirate, but for now
you'd better watch your back!

my claws are out and ready for
your ev'ry move, you con!
so get back in your CATamaran
and keep your longjohns on!
we kittens are so loveable!
with cuddly, soft sweet fur!
but DON'T mess with pandora or
you'll hear a shrilling purrrrrrr
within your ear while you're asleep
so soundly! do not scoff!
this feline knows how to attack
and tear those longjohns off!

pandora doesn't play! no threats
are tolerated, hear?
so take your surly anti-kitty
words out to the pier
and toss them in the ocean where
we'll watch them sink and drown!
no pussy threats will be allowed
when THIS CAT is around!
purrrrrrrrhaps you don't believe me, sir?
don't tempt me with your threat!
pandora's ready for the pounce,
you ain't seen nothin' yet!!!!!!!!!!!

meeeeeeooooooooowwttahere

remember.......

beware pandora's box...
