silence.
through a screen of words
there is silence
yelling loudly
into my being
filling me
with a longing
i thought i'd left behind
with my youth.
my youth...
when time was simply
complicated.
and now, i find that
simplicity
is no more.
complex is the heart--
and mine
too easily drifting
into its self-made snares
while leaning heavily
upon a glimpse
of possibility...
silence.
there is silence
hovering above a box
i choose to fill
with the very heart of me.
holding little back.
saving nearly nothing
for myself,
should i fall
alone
into my tears
at the bottom
of silence...

Don't fall alone sweets.   Its best to fall together.   Even if its just in dreams.
