Millions of stars silhouette the moon What a radiant night it is! Pleading with the stars To take me where my true love lives His eyes of sapphire His genuine allure In a sense, I'm content Like never before Like diamonds to delicate hands The significance of a red rose Purely for romance I'm not an angel Though he treats me so preciously Sometimes it's a cold reality Not having him next to me When asked "What is Love"? Many cannot give an explanation I'd jeopardize my life for his In any situation In my eyes, He possesses royalty More so without a crown upon his head He's deserving of a castle Complete with 24KT gold posts upon his bed I love this man More than life Itself He will bring happiness to one lucky girl May it be me-or someone else I pray it will be me A little wishful thinking His bubbling vitality In which I bask. |

Oh...this is just filled with happiness. I remember this kind of feeling, and you seem to pour all of it into this poem. I'm glad you're here and enjoying yourself! Don't gain my affections then cover my eyes. Don't sweep me off my feet then fail to catch me before I hit the floor. |
