Happiness can never exist within my realm.
My world is put in comparison with Good and Evil, Heaven or Hell,
I try to balance out the forces
But I never get a balanced scale.
I am an outcast from the Garden of Eden;
However never once did I touch the forbidden fruit,
I must seek out my problem and go exactly to the root.
Happiness is not a hard condition to maintain.
However; trying to make two opposites co-exist
Knowing that one will refuse to change.

Our lives are often filled with opposites, and I love the line:"...knowing that one will refuse the change"!  This is a great poem, full of food for thought!!  Well written, my friend!!

The road goes on forever, and the stories never end...

So often we try and change the very things that attracted us in the first place.... and slowly when things do change one has lost who they are and the other one isn't interested anymore.....
