Walk with me in the moonlight

Walk with me in the moonlight
Stare with me at the starlight

Talk to me ask me whatever you want of me
Just don’t expect me to be anything but me

Hold my hand as we walk thru the sand
Hold me close as the cold north wind blows across the land

Kiss me if you wish
Just understand for you to do it might be my wish

I just the company that you want to give
I don’t want you to change the way you live

I am not asking for love from above or beyond
I just want the real you to respond

I just want to be close to you
So when I need a friend I can look to you

If I walked with you in the sunlight
Would you walk with me in the moonlight

Could we hold hands
As together we cross the sands

If we walked thru the gentle waves of the ocean blue
Would you walk thru the darkened caves or would that be too much to ask of you

If I gave you flowers
Could you let yourself go and just feel their power

If when alone I wanted a hug and kiss
Would you just allow yourself to or would you, me just dismiss

Would you walk with me
Talk to me

Would you hold my hand
Even though I am just a friend

Would you kiss me
Or just go thru life wondering what would it have been like

Icyheart

Yes, any lady would love a walk in the moonlight with you, good Sir. And the way you presented it, even more so.
