I want it all
intensified...
no feeble vague
of thought's impress...
I need to feel
the heat's perspire
insistant longing
on my breast
I breathe a tough
stance of conceal--
my heart beats bongos in my chest.
I must nurture
I must feel
I must curl in embryo...
I must suture
I must heal...
I must learn to let past go...

Patience in a dawn, surreal--
the faith that I already know.

I need to feel
the heat's perspire

Now that would be intense.  Love the need and write.

I hear you Karen. I want it all intensified. Never feel anything by halves.

I must learn to let past go

Let me know if you figure out how to do that one, then you can pass me some tips.

Beautiful reading. No wonder I can't go off to bed

once again you mirror me my twin...
and Im smiling at you for that last line.

Always hard to drop the guard isn't it Celeste? It's hard to take the gamble again if we've already lost in a big way.  Love the lines leading up to the above...real yearning poem!  Anyway you got my vote for new but experienced rookie lover of the year!!

Great writing Celeste!
