You’re singing along
with country songs
time for me
to go to bed
nothing good can come of this.

Soon you’ll be asking me
who I’m sleeping with
in the travel car
of a lonely train
the same one that ran over
your dog and grandmother.

Night, dear
We’ll talk in the morning.
I promise.

Duncan, the same train that ran over your dog and grandmother?  Now that is a picture to behold.  Good writing,  ME

Duncan you've got to find a way to keep the old lady from drinking so much...God was the grandmother drunk too?  Not the dog ..no way!
Sometimes the morning is the best time to talk...smile!

Sang with twang....

"If you loved me half as much as I love you
You wouldn't worry me half as much as you do.
You're nice to me when no one else' around
you only build me up just to let me down....."

heh heh no wonder you went to bed!

Not an harmonious evening I take it? Not in sync? Got a chuckle, thanks.

Get ready set......attack. At least you are worn of what's coming next. Very funny at least grandma didn't get run over by a reindeer.

Hello Duncan,

I feel terrible about not having welcomed you earlier, but I must say being a new resident in the state of Texas, I give y'all a great big howdy. This was great and allowed me to laugh till I cried.

May your dreams always dance to the rhythm of a lover's heartbeat...
