Visions

horizons played
with imagery
perhaps a bit of
life’s mockery
alluding to my
fond illusions
making yet
grand intrusions

vantage points
of open plains
watching rise
and fall again
cloud’s formation
study close
see lost nations
no need of word
verbose

darkened silhouette
of blackened braids
Indian maid
caught up in wind’s
tirade,
shapely form, her
arms outreached
as if in prayer,
or a beseech

slowly all of
gravity begins a
dark depravity
her figure spins
a slow transpire
as time leans
toward quagmire

from young
she’s seen,
catapults through
decades, careens
by ages thus
before my eyes
winds cuss
materialized
disgust
of plights of
nations
and loss of
stations

slowly, slowly
her visage
creates a way
to new passage
of woman old,
gaunt, lightens,
white
thus shapes
as buffalo
pass in the
night

Hmm..
No one has found this beauty yet? They will now!   It looks like you put some time into this, and is beauitful.

Ahh, many visions we see, and many we hear, but mainly it is the ones felt from the seeing..you have done well here, very well, indeed..very gentle smile

you've found one of my most favorite things to do, see things in the clouds! Hours and hours at a time with the kids or alone, then we make up stories about what the clouds really are   This is one for me to keep!!
