It's A Thor Point

~*Marge Tindal*~

No shaded gray identity
among the clouded shroud of sky
Yet I hear the rumbling indignity
light up the mist close by

Lightning darts, missed-missiles thrown
Defending hand from Thor himself
Blinding loss paid in cost
flash of denial on the shelf

Roar of Thor
Mjolnir heard and seen
Black shrill of night
~ ignite
Bolts bounce off the screen

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

Splendid.  Reminded me of the comic books I used to read when I was a young'n.
I like the last stanza especially.

You eat the brains of an old, wise man.

Marge, I have a thing for electrical storms, so this I love. I am know to use roll after roll of film on them.   And Thor is a favourite of mine too.

Dee

I wish you every happiness and may you always have the best of the good things in life.     a brand
