As I sit and wish upon my star
I'm drawn to the person who you are.
A smile from you is all that it took.
My heart was stolen with just one look.

As darkness thickens and turns to night,
Let me invade your dreams tonight.
With a little luck and a little prayer
When you close your eyes I'll be there.

They say the best of dreams come true.
I only hope it's of me and you.
Then in the morning when you awake
Perhaps a chance with me you'll take.
