Once more the night is painted
     In different shades of blue.
Shadows overcasting
     The missing vision of you.

Despite the fading footsteps
And the shedding of the tears,
The haunting sweetness of your voice
     Still echoes in my ears.

Fate brought us together
     Then tore us apart.
Gone, but not forgotten
You'll always be close at heart.

And I thank you James.

And to my two dear friends, Marge and Denise, thank you so much.  I have missed this place as well.  I have popped in many times to read, but time has not allowed me to write or respond.  Will try to do better, I promise!
