Careening

~*Marge Tindal*~

She stirred the wind
with her want

transparent
even to those
who thought
they felt her caress

Careless surrender
to tumultuous need
careening her hills
of desire

Then
in the taking
it fell quickly away

She stilled the wind~

If ever there was a word for the feeling you have so perfectly written...your title has captured it.

Marge.  Marge, this is the best poem I have seen come from your pen in a long time...you write so many beautiful ones, and touching ones, cute and silly...

but this one, stands above the rest...

and it touched me in several ways...

Marge-
   Well, ya know what?!
I think I LOVE this new little muse of yours.
   This is wonderful!

        "transparent"

        "She stilled the wind~"

These two lines could just about stand on their own.
   Love it!
Can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

   Love ya,
