~~~* Tearful Rain *~~~
It rained today
But no one saw
The drops of rain
Coming so slow
I didn’t know
The sky
That unleashed that rain
I looked up
But the vision
Was so blurred
with so much pain
Clouds gathered
In that sky
Slowly
Silently
Crawling past all grounds
Until they stopped there
Ever silent as before
Then suddenly growling
With a terrible roar
For moments I was lost
Unable to see
Whether it was the sea
Or
A simple sound
Made within
The walls of my misery
It rained
And I didn’t know
Which sky gave such
Tearful rain
No one saw
The rain dropping
so slow
No one saw
but me
As I looked
Deep within
And found the dark roaring clouds
of rain
Etched with so much pain
I didn’t fight the rain
But silently wished
It would pour down
Till nothing would remain
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thank you

Oh my, quite a powerful poem. Sadness filling it.
Smile, it will be ok..
You must reads Sven's poem about rain if you haven't yet. You will enjoy.

She beat me too it was going to suggest you read Sven's poem too, oh dear, if this is how you feel - I hope you cheer up but it is probably just a great poem, well done!

This is a powerful melancholy piece, the rain always reminds me of my Grandma's legacy and passing, as did this poem in a bittersweet way.  Well expressed!

Take care,
Melissa~

~Sandra~

I'm smiling....  ......wishing that it would be ok soon.......

I've read Sven's poem....and I don't want to go there and read it again lest it would resound those echoes of tearful rain.....

Thank you dearest friend

~Melissa~

I'm sorry if I reminded you of rather painful memories.......
I always thought that the rain brings so much joy.......but I guess I was gravely mistaken as it sometimes seems to evoke such a sad atmosphere......

Thank you for your wonderful words.....

And I love it that you loved it......

Thank you sooooooo much for your kind sweet words.....dear friend....

well done, but sad. . . perhaps the sun will bring smiles today. . .

Hi..~Sven~

Oh....yes, ....perhaps we saw the same rain.
But it wasn't raining outside when I wrote that.....perhaps inside...

And today, it rained .......a stormy loudy rain......as if it came an answer to my words.....only I didn't ask for such a scary rain....perhaps that was another kind of tearful rain.

Oh....I'm speaking alot.....

Thank you my dear friend as always......I'd love to hear from you sometime.....
