No More Sweet Goodbyes |

Somewhere, up there, ahead in time, there dawns a brand new day... It’s waiting for the dreams we’ve realized... Together we have held onto the light, that’s shown the way... What lies ahead is ours alone, with no more sweet goodbyes... Though all goodbyes are sad, the ones for lovers are the worst... they happen fast and leave things incomplete... We always crave a minute more, to satisfy love’s thirst... But time is cruel, and love’s goodbyes are often bittersweet... When love is bound by time and space, an inch becomes a mile... You took my hand, and guided me along... You kept me near in times when I just cried, like some lost child... Made love to me in written word, and soothed my heart with song... And now I know the time we’ve shared, was always meant to be... And somewhere up ahead, our future lies... The day will dawn, when time apart is just some memory... We’ll wake up in each other’s arms, with no more sweet goodbyes... The road goes on forever, and the stories never end... [This message has been edited by Sunnyone (edited 08-13-2001).] |

no more good byes... nice thought.. but I think we are always saying good bye...trick is to find a way that they are not as painful or as permanent.... I enjoyed |
