Rewrite: Purchased Desires In a place where bold and old Rules the day. And everything catches the eye From golf clubs to bonsai A place that stimulates with A touch of fire Blazing in fiendish desire Where dicker is the name of the game and When you succeed You are never the same. A candy shop of galleries a Place of intrigue Without the calories Where you surrender to touch me Want me buy me. All in a jumble, fumble and gaggle A chess game Where the art is in the haggle And the foil parries Avarice, greed, craving, lust and obsession The treasure is up for bid and Touché is the ID A sensory overload And if you ask of what and where Then you have never been there. |
