Entrapped in
your shirtsleeve,
readers are worn
cotton encased-handy.
Waiting
to be fired up.
Inhale. Each heartbeat,
each breath
as if their own.
Each word
penetrates
full flavor-the ending
exquisite exhale.
Consumed.

Captivated, they wait
to be burned,
yet again...
