Unto These Hills ~*Marge Tindal*~  I have come seeking a spirit that I hear lives among these hills Navigating the stepping stones of my ancestry found just beyond the rill High upon the mountain's peak I pause in reverie They come in like thunder surrounding the awe of me Eagle, Owl, Wolf and Bear gather to share the legends of past times Knowing I am but the vessel that holds them until I pour them out in my rhymes Across this land, a mighty prophecy coming soon to show us the way to peace, harmony and love in one - as one - for always The fire in me burns with the lessons learned in my questing I've seen them bring tellings that are meant for sharing so that our hearts together may sing Sweet harmony is coming Down the hillside it will cascade Covering those who are ready in the peace that will be made I am but the messenger sent to carry the song Make ready for the peace that will carry us along Ho! Mitakuye Oyasin ~ And peace to all~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Margie.... Mark had to get off the comp tonite when he was in here earlier...and hes not sure when he'll get comp time again for a few days...so he wanted me to reply for him until he can get here. Needless to say this one spoke to him... as did the music...I dont think either one of us will have a dry eye while that one plays..
