I search the sky Wondering why I sit here tonight Full of fright A cross to bear Does anyone care The weight crushing Sweat gushing Pouring from within Where do I begin The questions flood Like fresh blood Flowing free From inside me No one near To calm my fear Only silence around This sacred ground My mind reels As the heart feels Groping for someone To bring the sun Darkness abounds Heart pounds Filling my ears No one hears I sit alone Still as stone Waiting for love Sent from above On angel wings My soul sings A new song For you I long To share myself Taken off the shelf Living again I now begin Giving my heart A new start With someone Who brings fun Into a life Full of strife Now set free To just be me All writing comes |

This poem goes perfectly with your name! "Just Me - Lone Wolf"....sorry, that struck me right off the bat the actual poem itself was very well written...it has flow and good rhythm to it.
