Discovering the Story

at times
you read
like an open
book
I put it down
pick it back up
to take another
look

confusing and withdrawn
are a few
chapters of
you
but your pages
open up again
in full
view

on rainy nights
and candles
I could snuggle
with you
in the
quilt
to discover
all the words
in which
you are
built

I read you
at times
long past
dawn
the plot so interesting
before knowing it
the night  is
gone

the more I read
the more  I
discover
I have to explore
this story
from
cover to
cover

Aah, Intimacy

Throw your heart out in front of you
And run out to catch it.

Hi Helen!

ok, lets argue later,
i just like your poem,
it's like looking at someone
and seeing different stuff each time.

i really like these lines:
"on rainy nights
and candles"

why?  who knows?

i guess that's just weird stuff,
but i think it's cool.

do some more like that and
don't worry about the dictionary, ok?
it's just stuff.

what exactly is a "koo doo,"
it's not in my dictionary..."
he he!...tom
