More Than Gold

Just look at these two faces here, My Friends
Now, you know how I get through each day
I am blessed with two little angels in life
"Thank You, God, " my familiar words I pray...

My greatest walk in life is with them at my side
Nothing's more beautiful than my babies smiles
Look into their eyes and see how much they are loved
Let them give way to all beauty of a mother and child...

So much more than gold they are worth, you see
It is I that am fortunate to witness their love
Just look at these faces here in front of you now
They are the results from everything I've ever dreamed of...

Let the mighty moon tonight lend it's sweet light
Upon the picture of this very page
Notice the priceless image of this little girl and boy
With," Mommy loves you always," written on their face...

My greatest moment is when their hands are in mine
And, when I sing them off to dream land
I stare at them beneath such little light
And, on my face is written how proud I am...

Around the eyes I see a big part of me
And, may you all see what I hold so dear
For in front of you lies my reason to wake
Far more than gold is worth are my last eight years...

I see that you discovered how to put your children's pictures up. Great job on dowloading the picture, the poem and especially for nuturing tender life.  Shalom

Saunni, to see them now with a poem from Mom, completes the picture you sent and I have printed it out to put with the photo.  Yes, Saunni you are a wonderful, wonderful Mother who puts those children first above all else, and one day they will truly remember all this!  Good for you at adding the graphic by yourself too, sorry I did not get your email in time to help or I would have!  Excellent momento for the kids in later years, lovely and heartwarming.
