The Hollowed Chambers of a Life
So filled with emptiness
The echoed sound of screaming
In this tunnel that has no end
The fear of swimming
Never being able to reach the top
Heading seamlessly forever
In what appears to be the right direction
At what point do I look back to check if I am right?
I can’t seem to find the signs that guide my way.
Does the direction in which I seek even exist?
Am I just caught in the current of a pre-determined path?
Have I served my purpose of do I even have one?
In a picture so big I feel miniscule in stature
The thirteenth dot on a trillion-dot screen
Adding what color I have to this world in which we live.

Wow...the lost insignificance of this is amazing!  Appreciated much.

I do know exactly what you mean. Will have to tell you about my dream sometime. Glad I popped in to catch this one!
