BUYER BEWARE
_________________

loving me is not as easy as it seems
you might cut yourself
on the broken pieces of my dreams
is the dreaming worth the waking?

hell-hot to corpse-cold
too damn young to feel so old
is the having worth the taking?

my history has made me what I am
(not that you should give a damn)
but it needed to be said

the man who wants me needs to know
that if he asks me, I might go
but never meekly where I'm led.

this is just too, too much!  I agree with Cpat Ron...Hair.

I certainly enjoy reading your stuff. By what you say, this is off the cuff???

I think you'll be okay, Constance...hell is a place, though a hell of a place I hear and Rhett Butler took care of that other word in 1939, I think.

Paradoxical, but honest...  Sounds like an intriguing offer...
