If anyone of you have seen this incredible film, I hope you will enjoy this. If you haven't, and you are a lover of romance and time travel, it is a must see...

           The Fantasy Of Jennie Logan
           (Dedicated to catalinamoon)

A woman of substance, of romance, of beauty.
A 20th century misfit of all that did not befit her.
A Victorian home, chosen by random, or was it?
An attic enchanted with a dress,
that would transport her on a journey
she had already taken, a hundred years ago.

A Prince of true love
that awaited her,
in the mystic powers of an ivory laced dress.
Her "real" life became unbearable,
in this century where she did not belong.
She was drawn and destined to wear
the vintage laced amulet.
A relic of love and reincarnated romance
of what once was.

She drifted back in time, as she donned
this dress of magic.
Awaiting before her, a Prince name David,
that took her in his arms,
and brought all her dreams to color.
A world full of wonder and opulance,
and a love unequivocal to any known to her before.

Jennie reveled in this paradise,
only to endear tragedy,
as her one true love is taken from her.

Who can possibly believe in this fantasy?
All who hold dear a legend of love beyond time,
and romantic souls of the past...

I found it difficult to process myself,
until the paintings in the attic were discovered,
and created the portrait of
"The Two Worlds Of Jennie Logan"...

Where've you been hiding, Elise?  Miss your presence in this forum!  Nice to read one of your works again, and something in me's always believed that this kind of thing is indeed possible -- it's just a matter of understanding and timing...  This was a very nice gesture on your part, too.  Now... there's got to be another form of time machine than a Victorian dress -- a pocket-watch sounds much more my style... ;->

Sandra,
I'm glad you liked, and somehow I knew you would!  See if that book can give you any secrets we haven't thought of yet...

Mark,
Thank you for the sweet reply, and for missing my abscence!  I've always believed the impossible feat of time travel could in someway become a reality, also.  And as for the gold pocket watch, perhaps you should inquire to Mr.Collier about borrowing his!
