In the shadows down and deep
lay an omen I do keep
for sins I live each day
the ones I cover all the way.
In the shadows laying there
is my work I attempt to share
the final words I long to speak
of who I am in this world of need.
In the shadows I slowly place
another paper full of grace
that is stained in ink and sweat
the words I give in small increments.
I lay them for all to see
opening up the inner me
let spill my madness to you all
so I can shiver and finnally fall.
For you see I am flesh and blood
the prophet of many and of none
I seek to find the lasting truth
to find my heart amongst the ruins.
In doing so I travel the mind
fantastic places I have found
the touch of hands, the kiss of wind
to bring me back to start again.
And in the shadows I have seen
the real world, the one I keep
within my heart as you walk by
allowing me to share this small reprise.

Once again I am in awe of your work.  Thank God that you do choose to share yourself with us, for talent as yours truly graces and makes Passions just what it should be...a home for those who feel comfortable enough to share themselves with our family.

It is a blessing to have wings for words and passion in pen.
