The last silence that follows you
through a time lapse moment you fake
that carries your scream to the heavens
wanting the angels hearts to break.

The last glance of hope falls short
of a treasured second you felt
when all the world could have sense
but forced you inward to fall apart.

The fading light majesty coming over
a mountain of peril you have garnerd
that rages out of your eyes, tears fall
to a wasted ground long lost of hope.

And then the moon shines above you,
like silk through your hair it comes,
kisses your blue eyes sweetly
as you chance a moment, moving on.

like the feel of this, but don't quite understand this line, I hope you'll help me

to a wasted ground long lost of hope.

it's probably me, so I'm hoping you'll help me with it

this reminds me o those moments when the guys looks back, but the girl ain't lookin. then th girl looks back to see the guy turned away....

well illustrated, well penned.

the Bar is always open.
the Time is always right.
if god's lovin Word goes unspoken,
the Music goes all night.

MichaelG~
Nice to see you !

'And then the moon shines above you,
like silk through your hair it comes,
kisses your blue eyes sweetly
as you chance a moment, moving on.'

Sometimes the opportunity presents itself ...
and it's definitely a moment for 'moving on'.

Very nicely written.

I am a firm believer that when you see that "Chance to Take"...take it!  It was in my opinion, given to you for a reason and as they say "Nothing ventured, nothing gained".
