Love's Promise
~*~
Amazing  shimmers stroke the veil of midnights dream
piercing lost images of cherished things
flirting with memories hidden in corners of remembrance
trust secured with the promise of tomorrows full cup

Awakened in rekindled flames of hope
moonlight becomes you covering me
in naked truth, love is made complete
reconciled in the dawn of love's promise

I love the lines that you've used here. . . the images that you bring up are just truly wonderful. . . I especially like "moonlight becomes you covering me/in naked truth, love is made complete". . . that's a beautiful image. . .

wonderfully done. . .
