Hide and Seek

My muse is playing hide and seek
I grew tired of searching him out
As I begin to write he joins me
He’s helping guild my pin
He must have grown tired of hiding
It’s boring when you have no one who will play your game

I’m going to start writing some personal poems
It’s my own form of therapy
I know how all of this developed
but I don’t know how it will end
Only a person who risks is free

Throw your heart out in front of you
And run out to catch it.

so then, are you counting to ten before you began seeking?

Yep, I liked the last line, too, the one before what I think is a very fine 'signature'
