In dark of night
the voice is clear
I feel that she is
standing near

Sweet sultry tones
by birth not choice
I feel sadness in
serenity's voice

We talked of this
and that and such
words flowed quickly
not silent much

We spoke of you
in awe-filled tone
we spoke of this
poetic home

When time was done
by our own choice
I heard a smile in
serenity's voice

There is something "real" in the connection to a voice, and you two sounded like you really connected. Nicely done, and hugs for you both!

A 'real' connection is a wonderful experience within our circle of friends, isn't it?  Two friends - two smiles... adds up to three - You made me smile as well...
