oceanic moonbeams
dancing on whispering waves
kiss upon the shore
sweet fragrant tradewinds caress

Ordinarily, I like to do graphics with my poem. This was a bit bare! LOL Thanks to all fo the reading and comments of my tanka...I wrote this on a whim for someone who also write haiku style..just as a response to one he did. Thanks! Dennis!

absolutely lovely!!!
so good to see you here!
I've not noticed some by you lately,
it may be my timing,
but I'm so happy I didn't miss this peaceful
interlude

Very romantic, wispering waves,

Do not fear going forward slowly,
Fear only standing still.

Koko,
This is SWEET! The ocean, scented tradewinds and moonbeams on a summers night, a wining combination for sure! WRITE ON GIRL!
Peace unto you my friend, Dennis :^)

Moonbeams radiate
When the veiling cloud has passed
Playful shadows dance

Koko honey, yours are about the only haiku, tanka and senryu that do never need "lights, camera and action" for they stand on a stage all their own! Missed you and glad your words are back, these were lovely!
